There is a Deadpool comic being published right now.  Warning; it is mired
in Dark Reign.  Keep that in mind.

Spider-Man is indeed held by Sony at the moment so I don't know how that
works.  There are DVDs of the new SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN series out at the
moment, so there's that.
