We won't know the results for several months, however. Since the opening weekend is almost always the big take for a movie and determines its fate, it might be fun to take a guess at that. Also, we'll have our results Sunday night/Monday morning. No need to wait to see how many of our Spanish cousins pay to see it in April. There are lots of midnight shows tonight. So...my guess for the opening weekend total is...$48M I am probably undershooting, but it reflects my general sense it will not do well. There is NOTHING else opening against it this weekend, though, so I could be way off. Advance tix were sold out all over NY on Monday. I can't get in until next Tuesday (so my $12 won't be adding to the opening week take). I'll come in last here, so the rest of you can feel good about yourselves.
