Not exactly a hotel, but the cruise I went on in January was on the Carnival Miracle which is themed to fictional characters. The rooms, themselves, are pretty usual but the common areas are fun: Gotham lounge, Metropolis lobby, Mad Hatter's Ball (probably the most over-the-top themeing on the ship) and so forth.
