I've heard of Glary Utilities also and it is supposed to be pretty good. Here is something else you can add to your choices. Thanks to Lifehacker's site, I found something called the Computer Repair Utility suite. It also has a hard drive defragger in it, amongst a bunch of other cool utilities. This is supposed to be a perfect suite for all the desktop support techs out there as this suite is portable to use from your USB thumb drive.
