I've only used it for very short durations, and only tested the VOIP, so I have no idea of the quality. Even if it's not a good product, the functionality is there- so Apple's already allowed something similar to Skype into the app store. I personally would like to see a Google Chat app that includes voice- I use that pretty regularly to talk to a friend overseas, and the quality has been as good if not better than Skype (admittedly the functionality isn't the same- it's only between Gchat clients).
