I guess just because we are wired, doesn't mean we have great speeds. Maybe it just means you can get on the internet pretty much anywhere, or we have the most availability for home access.
We are a city full of tech retards. I work at a newspaper. We get calls from people who use a computer every day to do their jobs. Most of them know nothing, it's incredible.
