I use to work for a bank many moons ago and these things were always the stuff 
of legend. I think over the 6 year span I worked for them 1 popped up 
nationwide. Its an ingenious idea and oddly enough you can buy them off the 
internet pretty easily. I wonder how big of a federal crime this would be if 
the installer was caught.
