Not really sure.

You could try asking the folks from the "Kids Read Comics" convention.  They might have some suggestions (assuming all your books aren't adult-oriented).

Subject: [The Unique Geek] Is there a place to donate comics?

Recently I went through some of the boxes in my storage, and purged a
bunch of my comics. I was wondering if anybody knew of a place where
you can donate comics? See part of the problem is I live in Alaska,
and there are now comic shops in my area. I don't care so much about
the monetary value. I just didn't want to throw them away. I tried the
library here, but they don't seem to have any interest in comics or
trades. So if anybody has any suggestions that would be great.
