I don't think it would cannibalize any other device.  If anything, people
would want it in addition to an iPhone, or perhaps as a second computer.

Also, you ever wonder if Apple designs and markets ideas based on the rumors
that go around?  They are notiriously sneaky with their product launches.
They may have no plans for a Tablet computer, and now they're thinking about
it because of all the speculation.

I've seen a few articles saying that Tablets never really took off.  I think
the reason is they were just laptops with swivel screens.  This looks like
it would be a true tablet, with Apple's incredible touch screen tech behind
it.  Light-weight and awesome.  And I'm sure expensive as hell.
