Anyone know anything about the U.S. release of this film? Apparently, according to the screenshot on io9 (http://bit.ly/bRiU3W), it was supposed to be released on DVD in February. However, IMDb nor Netflix has anything listed. Doing some research, the premise of the movie is taken as an alternate timeline in history after the Martians invade Earth in H.G. Well's War of the Worlds. Our government adapts the technology from the first invasion and uses it in preparation for the second invasion 15 years later. It has a great concept. And even though it looks a little too Japanimation for my taste, it still looks cool and very interesting. It also supposed to have a steampunk-ish look to it.
