I've already got 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10. I'd still like to get the others. Ever since they started selling them in multi-packs only, I stopped buying them. I don't want the 3rd Doctor AND a Dalek. I just want the 3rd Doctor.
I figure Character Options will eventually break down and sell some variant of these individually. It's just a waiting game... I hope.

Cool site. The only ones I would even consider buying would be Tom Baker
and David Tennant, and possibly Peter Davidson. Course, I haven't
purchased an action figure in about 10 years so that web page may be my
