This looks like the normal Windows OS with a couple interface overlays; the iPad has shown that the device needs to offer a distinctly different experience than laptops or desktops, and this doesn't appear to. While having Silverlight/Flash would be a big plus, it seems like Apple's competitors are still missing what makes the iPad successful.
