Last year the Marriott sold out in a matter of minutes, so we'll need some fast-fingered folks on the phones. If several people agree to call in and attempt to reserve 2 rooms, we will hopeful be taken care of. Once the reservation chaos is over, we can easily cancel any unneeded surplus rooms if more than one person happens to get through. As we (the ThUGs) got caught short, and if not for the kindness of new friends, we would have had no rooms. Friday Oct 1, 2010 is the first day that rooms can be reserved at the Marriott. I will be trying to reserve 2 rooms on Friday morning but i think that we should have at least one if not 2 other ThUGs try and dial in and reserve 2 rooms.
