Just a thought, while we (The Unique Geeks with the Meth clan) are looking for 3 rooms, i sure would not mind booking extras in case Dr Jen's crew comes up short. They really saved our bacon last year, and it is easy to give rooms back, so my thought is for those of us working the phones to stay in touch via e-mail/instant message and all of us plan or try and get 2 rooms. As long as we get 3 we are golden but if we end up with as many as 8 i can go back to Dr Jen's crew and offer extras. If they are covered we can give them back later...sound ok?
