I'm amazed that Steve Ballmer still has his position. His profound lack of vision has left Microsoft is a serious lurch. The Zune was a failure due to timing, tablets have been toted with at Microsoft for years but never truly pursued, and Ballmer himself ridiculed the smartphone platform as a dead end industry. He's been wrong in just about every way a CEO can- all the way back to rushing Vista to market before it was ready. If the new Windows phones fail (and I honestly can't see them overcoming the head start iOS and Android have, much less the fading Blackberry products) it will be yet another testament to what bad leadership can do to a corporation. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Unique Geek" group.
