Van,  word is Hilton is sold out of D*C rate rooms. We have stayed in the
Hilton a lot, we always used to stay there because one of us had preferred
status, but those days are in the past. I always liked the Hilton (when we
had status) but these days they are just another con hotel. The Marriott was
great this year because it has become the epicenter for all things
DragonCon.
