Thanks, Ed-- but we need to convince my publishers to do so.  I only
have the legal rights to do something like that with a few of them.

Airship 27 doesn't plan to put any of my work (or any of their other
authors) on e-book until they can figure out a way to include the
illustrations and have them look the way they want them to look.

Swarm Press just doesn't seem in much of a hurry to get any of my
books into e-form (or into an omnibus!  Gaaah.).  I think their zombie
books sell way better, so I've been pushed to their back burner.

I'm saving that link for future reference, though.
