One thing I think they miss is the completion of Apple's product line. Apps
and media of all kinds are readily available both on the device and through
your PC. There are far FAR more accessories for iOS devices. Android is
catching up, but they have some serious hurdles considering Google has
stated that they don't view Android as an end product; it's a means of
channeling people back to their core product. Without extra players like
Amazon (media and app store) they really don't offer as complete of a user
experience. Android is a great OS, but most users don't want or need the
level of control (and needed user maintenance) offered. It's become what
Linux should have been for the desktop.
