• Robin (Kermit's Nephew) as Jubilee

• Swedish Chef as Warlock (from New Mutants)

• Statler & Waldorf both playing the role of Magneto 

I'm at a loss for: Storm, Kitty Pryde, Psylocke, and Emma Frost.  Apparently they need more female Muppets.

This would, in all actuality, be a great movie. Or at least a short film. The pairing of Wolverine and Animal is good, but Beaker is automatically funny in all things.
