One thing I can say for sure is that Punisher: War Zone does not deserve to be number 22. I loved that movie and thought it was the perfect Punisher movie, especially if you have read the Garth Ennis books. It definitely deserved to be ranked better than The Punisher, Ghost Rider, The Fantastic Four movies, Daredevil, the Ang Lee Hulk, X-Men 3 and the Spider-Man movies.
