Depends on how you feel about violence. I picked it up and played for a about 20 levels. (As RPG's go, its really really well done.)
I don't recall any questionable language and I didn't encounter anything overtly sexual. There is, however, quite a lot of hacking and slashing and some blood splattering about. There are scenes where people are getting their heads cut off... Hope that helps. I'd be happy to answer any specific questions.
