For those with smartphones, this may be a good means of communication at D*C. It works pretty well without having to go through the motions of an actual call. It's basically like the Nextel push-to-talk but it's actually vocal text messaging. Try it. My non-techie sister introduced it to me and we use it now. She's on AT&T with an iPhone and I am on an Android phone on Verizon.
