I saw a similar concept for little kid toys called Toygaroo. Essentially for a certain monthly rate you got a certain number of children's toys which you could then send back and get new ones. The idea being that kids often times will lose interest in toys after a little while, so you can send it back and get something new. But then if the little one loves a toy you can buy it.
