Shag, you're right.  I had forgotten about the several miniseries which 
were $3.99.  But I am pretty sure that this is the first time which DC has 
broken that out since the relaunch.  Admittedly, Before Watchmen is not 
part of the "New 52," but it still puts a big wet blanket on the modicum of 
enthusiasm I had for the project.
