I have never seen a geekess dress like those, but I have seen a fair number 
of creative "tee skirts" where the laides have made a skirt out of a genre 
t-shirt.  It does require you to be a little crafty but not too bad 
apparently (according to my wife its not the most difficult sewing 
project).  I'd love to see a geekess in one of these dresses at HeroesCon 
or something!
