To address Pat's point, sure there are some stinker episodes in there, but
they made for decent clips. If you accept "Blink", you gotta accept
"Vampires of Venice". If you accept "Genesis of the Daleks", you gotta
accept "Timelash".

To address Ed's point, this was a fan-made trailer. He apparently made it
will all New Series clips originally. When he later edited it, he added
some classic clips. So that is why it's more heavily leaning towards the
new series.

In regard to classic series streaming on Netflix, most of those all came
out on streaming at the same time. I gotta imagine they haven't got many
views (besides me), otherwise they would have continued to make more
streaming.

Finally, BBC finished releasing pretty much everything on VHS, then started
on DVDs. I think they are doling out the DVDs slowly to ensure a steady
revenue stream for many years to come. Considering how much they charge
for those DVDs ($25 per DVD), I imagine people can only afford a few at a
time anyway. They followed the same sort of slow release schedule with the
VHS. Considering DVDs are almost obsolete, I'm sure they are working on a
ridiculously expensive digital download plan.
