Read the rules - an interesting mechanic, passing the hand around. Reminds me tangentially of Godzilla STOMP! where the mechanic is the mechanic and the theme is laid on top of it. The Time Points seem a little clunky, though, since they are only used to draw cards. When I saw this post, Shag, I thought it was going to be a Doctor Who Collectable Card Game. You want to talk about a property which lends itself well to a CCG, Doctor Who is it!
