Eh, Shag's been yelling at kids to stay off his lawn for years already. My point was that my position as Systems Administrator, according to the article, will be a museum piece, of which I have my doubts that it will happen any time soon. Most people, and companies, are still a little shy about moving to the cloud. Either way, I've already been looking to increase my skills in networking and other operating systems. I've been studying for Cisco certification and hope to get that soon. I plan to go for Redhat certification but that tract is over $2500 dollars and it may take a long while before I can obtain those funds. I would study programming but my brain is too small to grasp a lot of that stuff. For any of the younger crowd who is in high school or college who has goals to make IT their career I would tell them to study security. That will never go away as long as there are hackers and makers of malware, virus and such.
