It's got my endorsement. I read a long time ago about the disparate fees that 
streaming stations pay compared to terrestrial radio. I'm not sure if it's 
because the industry thinks streaming is easier to pirate, the fact that it's a 
new technology (and new tech is always pricy in its infancy), or that they can 
discern exactly how many are listening and charge based on that rather than a 
global fee, but companies like Pandora do pay fees that would put many 
broadcast stations out of business.
