I'm with you, Luke. Until a director and writer and start date are announced and then actually happen I will be unconvinced.
That said I now really want this to happen. Yeah the Avengers was awesome but damn it I want to see a JL movie on the same scale. Hell, use the first six issues of the recent Johns/Lee series as a framework and then put in stuff like characterization and depth. It is time for the DC characters to get their due on the big screen. Doing the reverse of the Marvel method of movie telling would be interesting to see.
