Oddly the two most famous Bald Guys in GI Joe canon are not playing big roles in the film. Destro, the main baddie of the first film, evidently has little more than a cameo in this film. And Dr. Mindbender, Cobra's resident mad scientist, had a cameo in the first film (with hair) but has not been reported to be in the sequel. I am super excited for this movie.
