Hey, gang. Looking for anyone here who uses Skype extensively on iOS, specifically the iPhone 5. We just bought an iPhone for my wife and I am not having any luck with Skype ringing on her phone when I call her. So far, I have performed the following steps: 1. Open the app then close it, double-tap the Home screen to confirm the app is still running. She receives instant message and call notification but when an attempt to answer the call is performed the call immediately ends. 2. I have already confirmed that Skype is in the Notification list under settings. 3. Someone recommended on a forum to uninstall the app, turn off the phone, turn on the phone then reinstall but that did not fix it. 4. While typing this I am in the process of updating her phone iOS software.
Anyone have any tips or tricks to get Skype to receive calls?
