I see the concept and think its a good one, they just screwed the implementation up. Microsoft just has no design or marketing savvy. Look how badly they bungled the x box one. That could have been a monster device that made Microsoft dominant in the living room, but instead its earned more ire than Win8 and has become a meme (x bone? I don't really get it, but its becoming a phrase for massive fails).
