I don't usually have to directly interact with our server at all, but one day I had to shut it down because the Sys Admin couldn't be arsed to stay til the end of the day (which was only 4pm because the City was coming to do some work on our power box) to shut it down himself.
I am proud to say I didn't have to Google how to find the shut down command, but it was pretty near close. (And, yes, this is Server 2012.)
