Absolutely. Use it all the time. My wife uses it on her iPhone 5 to IM and video call me all the time. I checked last evening to see if the update was available to her. I didn't see it and forgot to ask her if she had already updated. She won't be using it for Google Voice or voice calling though. At least not yet.
