Newsarama had some interesting speculation about this:

Daredevil is the highest profile character of this lot (by far), but what
about the other three characters Marvel has back in the stable -- The
Punisher, Blade, and Ghost Rider? Considering Punisher's long time
association with Daredevil*, could we see Frank Castle pop up in some
capacity? Blade could work on a street level type of show as well, just
fighting some low-rent vampires or other supernatural monsters like we saw
for years on BTVS and Angel.

Ghost Rider would be a lot harder to do on a TV budget, but I think you
could make hay with the 90s style Johnny Blaze -- sporting his hellfire
shotgun! Maybe Johnny is exorcised of the demon Zarathos, but has to
travel the open road on his Harley to find the person whom Zarathos has now
possessed (Dan Ketch, naturally).

For what it's worth, I have long thought that Werewolf By Night could work
as a TV series as well. Happy, good looking kid living in Malibu with his
mom and sister finds out on his 18th birthday that his father is a warlock,
and that he's cursed as a werewolf, and has to hit the road to find the
grimoire Darkhold which can cure him? Talk about a story engine.

*I am not a Garth Ennis fan in any capacity, but he did write my favorite
interaction of DD and the Punisher. At the beginning of Welcome Back,
Frank, DD and Punisher and tangling on a rooftop, and Frank is taking a
beating. "I'm no match for this guy," he thinks. "Never have been." He
ends up having to essentially play dirty just so DD won't put him in the
hospital, and that really bothers him. Nice scene.
