Man dressed as Wolverine robs Gwinnett stores GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Gwinnett County police are looking for a man accused of robbing at least two cell phone stores in unincorporated Norcross. In at least one of the incidents, the suspect was dressed as Marvel comic book superhero Wolverine. The first robbery occurred Nov. 22 at the T-Mobile store in the Norcross Village shopping center on Buford Highway near Jimmy Carter Boulevard. Gwinnett County police said the suspect pointed a gun at a T-Mobile employee and demanded money from the register. After receiving cash, he ran from the store. Surveillance video captured the man entering the shopping center from the nearby Huntington Ridge apartment complex. A MetroPCS store in the same shopping center was robbed on Nov. 26 and again on Nov. 29; police believe the same suspect committed both robberies. The T-Mobile store was robbed again on Dec. 6. This time, cameras inside the store showed the suspect wearing a yellow sweatshirt with light blue sleeves. Police believe the shirt is part of a Wolverine costume. The suspect is described as black, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall and 140 to 160 pounds, with short facial hair. Anyone with information in any of these robberies is asked to call Gwinnett County police at 770-513-5294 or 770-513-5300.
