Note that the Heisei Goji is quite a bit larger than both the Showa era which preceeded it and the Millenium era which follows it. One of the reasons for the end of the Heisei era and a general shrinking of Godzilla in Godzilla Millenium (Godzilla 2000 here in the States) was to allow the effects crew to build models at the smaller scale. As Goji grew during the Heisei films, the scale of the models had to keep changing. The Legendary one is massive, but there has still been a ton of speculation as to just "how massive" he will be on the screen. Can't wait to find out.
