Google Street View Paintings

James Lileks is a writer perhaps best known for his long fascination with
advertising from postwar America. Lint, one of his several blogs, is a long
collection of ads from the Mad Men age. You could spend hours scrolling there.

Recently, he's been playing around with adding icons from Google Street View
into classic paintings. At the top, you can find "Boulevard Poissonnière" by
Jean Béraud (1849-1936) and "River Landscape with Horseman and Peasants" by
Aelbert Cuyp (1620-1691).
