If Deadline's timeline is correct, then the Zombie Walkers who began pounding on the car of the family should be arrested. It's really unfortunate that the woman was hurt, but if a crowd of freaks starts pounding on my car like they are trying to attack my family, I'd plow through them as well. If the timeline is wrong, and the attack on the vehicle did not start until after the woman was hit, then the driver of the car is clearly liable, and should have known to at least expect this kind of bizarre, outlandish activities during Comic-Con.
