Zeta was introduced as a fugitive robot in an episode of Batman Beyond. I
want to say that he returned for a second appearance before being spun off
into his own show. I actually won the complete series of The Zeta Project
on DVD a number of years back from an online contest. Its an okay show,
set in ostensibly the same setting as Batman Beyond, but lacking that
show's creative use of continuity and fun future vision.

The Critic vs Cowboy Bebop is a tough call at C. I am a big fan of The
Critic (to the point that I am strictly forbidden from saying the phrase
"Buy my book! Buy my book!" anywhere near my wife), but Cowboy Bebop is
one of the best anime series of all time. Both are worthy of the title, so
I was glad to see both get a mention at least.

Also, if you want to go with Beavis And Butt-head at B, that's alright, but
not even mentioning Batman:TAS as a Runner Up? Especially given that
Liquid Television -- which gave birth to B&B -- is on there, as is
X-Men:TAS. Personally I would have put BTAS on there over B&B -- because
while B&B was a cultural phenomena, BTAS not only remains a phenomena, it
also gave birth to the DCAU, without which I do not think we would have the
state of animation that we have in this country today. I mean, an A to Z of
animation and the only "Timm-verse" show on there is Zeta Project? That
seems wrong.

Of course, this is just my opinion. I could be wrong.
