Sad to see so few DC Comics. I counted 8 "mainstream" DC Comics in this list. 
That's excluding Vertigo (or pre-Vertigo like Animal Man and Sandman), and 
mature readers books like Watchmen & Dark Knight Returns. By comparison, Marvel 
has a ton of "mainstream" books in this list. 

Not sure whether to fault the article writer or DC. However, I will say I'm a 
lifelong DC fan and even I am only getting one monthly comic from them 
nowadays.
