Yes. Yes yes yes! http://www.newsarama.com/24224-bloodshot-harbinger-movies-lead-5-picture-deal-with-sony-valiant.html
Both of these properties are PERFECT for film, and the effects technology is there to make them work. Add in the fact that the crossover film is not some mash up, but based on a fully realized story makes me even happier. I still want to see X-O Manowar and especially Archer & Armstrong on the big screen as well. X-O is not only unique as a character and a concept, but offers a great mix of historical epic and science fiction action. A&A has the amazing buddy interaction of the two lead characters, and an incredibly rich and diverse world of ridiculous and hilarious enemies for them to battle, and would actually be the "buddy cop" funny action movie that comic book fans deserve. My favorite Valiant hero, Eternal Warrior, would work better as a TV series given the countless eras in which you can tell stories with him. Same with Ivar, the Timewalker, which given the popularity of Doctor Who almost seems a little too on the nose! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Unique Geek" group.
