Looks like the description is not entirely accurate, as it's more that the 
Minifig as represented in the set is disabled, not that there is a specific 
"disabled" minifig. If the wheelchair is it's own piece as it appears to 
be, any Minifig can be placed in it.

Not mentioned in the article but pictured is the Baby Minifig, which is 
absolutely adoooooorable.
