I attended a WW con here in Portland in 2015. I was completely underwhelmed
and felt I got about 1/3 the enjoyment I should have compared to the price
of admission.

I will not go this year. All it was here, was a dealer room and celebrity
meet/photo op. No panels, mild/modest cosplay.

One seemingly "totally Portland" dealer...tattoo booth. Never seen a tattoo
booth at Dragon, Mega, or Dream/ConJure before.

Overall, if I'm doing a con, it's Dragon*Con for me.

We had a WW show here in the Upstate of SC, I know locally it was not very
well attended and was seen mostly with scorn, as an interloper trying to
move in on the grassroots SC Comicon. I have never been to a WW show as
they seem much more focused on pop culture and TV stars than anything else,
and I would rather go to a Con more focused on comics (SCC, HeroesCon).

Anyone have any thoughts on Wizard World?
