This is pretty much the same model which Scribd launched last year, but 
cheaper, and with no Marvel. Marvel has some presence on Scribd but not 
much; I used Scribd to read Valiant (big shock) and IDW.  With any luck the 
interface will be easier to use than Scribd also, although I do not have 
the Comixology app on my Android (KitKat) tablet for comparison. I will 
give this a shot as Scribd recently changed the way their "unlimited" 
service works to make it much harder to actually get "as much as you want 
to read" for books.  Comics did not seem impacted much but, again, this is 
cheaper and with a brand who specializes in comics rather than a broader 
focus.
