This trend has been brewing for a long time over at Marvel. Its at the point now that I really have no idea which titles are published by Marvel anymore, as there are so many with so many similar titles, and it seems that most of them relaunch every 6 to 12 months anyway with a slightly new title. With Iron Man this had not been much of a problem previously, but now with the next round of relaunches, he gets caught up in it, as both Iron Man titles are being rebooted with new lead characters and titles. Whether one liked or disliked the comics, DC did hold to the traditional "ongoing series" approach following the New 52 reboot. With Rebirth, it is too early to tell how things will progress, although I have seen some point to the return of the original numbering of Action Comics and Detective Comics as a sign of renewed support in the ongoing format. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Unique Geek" group.
