Exercise: I walked a lot and ran some ( 650 cals) I feel so tired but the fact that my diet is working is great.
Info: I'm doing a lot of paper work to prove my theory on my diet. If it works I'll post some messages about it.
I really need to find a diffrent job. I'm trying to go full time at Disney. I need to get away from the food.
I told one of my friends that I lost 5 lbs this week and he was upset. "Thats not good." he told me. It's like they all want me to be fat. Also I went to Disney to pick up my roomie and found out that someone took down a picture I drew in the break room :(
Tip(s): Water is good. Make sure you drink 16 oz 2 hours before a work out and 8 oz at least every 15 min during your workout. Sometime thirst can be mistaken for hunger so make sure you drink plenty of water to make sure if you really are hungry.
