4 pounds? I'm not sure how this happened but I'm down to 316. That means only 196 more to go. Weigh-In H: 400 L: 300 C: 316 Calories allowed: 1500 Calories used: 1470 Calories Saved*: 365 *I only need to save 900 to get to eat a KFC Crispy Strip meal with mashed potatoes, colslaw, and biscut. (man I need KFC) Exercise: Walked at Bally's (620) and worked at Taco Bell Info: Not much today. I'm pissed cause I can smell the popcorn my roomie is making. I don't know where the 4 lbs went but they're gone. My arms are soo flabby. I'll most likely need surgery once I loose the weight. Tip(s): Make a chart of calorie allowence. Then if you eat less keep track of savings. Then when you get enough splurge!!!!! Well I'm tired Take care!!!
