::::: the thin page email list

Hey,
that 8-0-6-2-4 is actually a good idea. I liquid
fasted up until today. Which was 5 days. That was
pretty much my goal. I ate around 700 calories today,
and worked out also. I figure this one is a way to go,
Cos I really don't want to screw up my metabolism
anymore, then it probably is.
Plus I have to start watching my nephews in a couples
weeks. And the older one always says something about
me not eating. I truely don't want him to get the
wrong idea about eating. This way I'll start eating
again (in the little amounts) and not have to worry
anyone. Though, when I know I don't have to worry
about that type of stuff, I fast. And I have been told
by just about everyone in my family not to eat if I
don't want too. It's kind of cool that they are all
for it. Anyways I'm getting off of the subject at
hand.
So Kelly, maybe we could be buddies or summant. Keep
checking up on each other. And things like that. I
keep a notebook full of what I eat (or not for that
matter) and the exercise I do everyday. Then, we could
give each other some motivation!
